SIPS@Clays LLP designs, fabricates and erects the Kingspan TEK Building System, a high performance system of structural insulated panels (SIPs) for eco friendly homes.

Based in Skipton, the business was originally set up to support our parent company, Clays of Addingham Ltd., a well respected building company in West Yorkshire. Since then, we have been trading for 11 years and worked on a diverse range of projects all over the UK, from self-build homes to office blocks, and from extensions through to large outdoor pursuits centres.

Thanks to our extensive construction experience, we are able to provide advice on virtually all aspects of the build to make sure everything comes together seamlessly. We have two CAD designers on site for a smooth design and fabrication process, and our four fitting teams ensure that our clients never have too long to wait. The design and construction team is supported by five conscientious shop floor staff, who cut each panel with painstaking attention to detail.

We are highly regarded in the industry for our meticulous and pragmatic approach to our work, and have secured a great deal of repeat business from architects, developers and housing associations over the years. At the same time, we take pride in our roots and never lose sight of our original goal: to carry out every job with the utmost of honesty, transparency and respect for our clients’ wishes.
